Customer Support Representative

Located in Lincoln, NE

Salary: Up to $19/hr

Express Employment Professionals is assisting a Lincoln, NE company in their search for Customer Support Representatives. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working in a call center environment and be able to handle fast-paced, continuous calls. This is a day shift opportunity with pay up to $19/hr. This position is evaluation-to-hire with the potential to turn into a long-term career!

Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls, emails, and chat messages regarding customer payments, orders, and questions
• Respond to inquiries and assist customers in troubleshooting issues in a positive and professional manner
• Seek solutions while prioritizing customer experience and satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a call center setting strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required, experience with Salesforce a plus!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Self-starter who can work independently to develop solutions
• Upbeat, enthusiastic attitude

Schedule/Pay:

• 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Pay up to $19/hr
• Employees paid weekly!
