A local Auto parts manufacturer in Willis, Texas is searching for a Customer Service Representative. This is a temp-hire position in a fast-paced environment who will work closely with the customers to act as a liaison between the customer and internal departments to provide products and information. Responsibilities:

The Customer Services Representative will work closely with the CSR Manager to:

• Entering orders into ERP that customers receive via e-mail, web portal, and EDI.
• Confirm pricing and lead time after the order is received.
• Maintaining strong communication regarding the status of orders.
• Working with Account Managers regarding concerns with customers
• Coordinating with internal departments to solve situations where the customer wants to make changes outside of the quoted price, lead time, MOQ
• Updating customer master data information, including pricing and cross-reference files.
• Ensure company procedures are respected.

 

Skills & experience:

• Three (3) years of Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have SAP experience.
• Strong organization and time management skills – planning and working on multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at all levels
• Ability to effectively communicate/present ideas and solutions to management.
