Express Pros is looking to fill a leasing agent position here in Tallahassee paying $15 - $17/hr DOE!
Job Duties:
* Interact with prospective and current residents and communicate the value and overall experience of living at the property.
* Manage the application process.
*Follow up with prospective and future residents to convey our commitment to service by sending emails or making phone calls.
* Provide consistent service throughout the stay of each resident.
* Manage lease expirations and secure renewals.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. (May work some Saturdays)
POSITION TYPE: FULL-TIME Evaluation hire
