As a window cleaning technician, you will be responsible for driving to the client’s location, assessing the needs of the customer, and ensuring all work is completed to high standards.

To ensure success as a window cleaning technician, you should have good communication skills, and attention to detail. Ultimately, a top-class window cleaning technician is friendly and efficient while providing a high-quality service.

 

Duties include window cleaning, rigging and repelling. This position requires physical labor including standing, bending, and lifting.  Excellent customer service, communication and listening skills are a must. 

 

Window Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients to discuss their cleaning needs.
• Assessing the state of windows that need to be cleaned.
• Prep and use different cleaning solutions to clean and dry various glass surfaces.
• Work in home, offices, and large buildings.
• Use cleaning equipment such as brushes, soaps, and squeegees and maintain and store equipment.

Carpet Cleaning Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous work experience as a window cleaning technician is a plus.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.

 

Schedule: 

Monday to Friday

9a-5pm with minimal weekends (Some days may have earlier starts or stay later)

Opportunity for overtime

 

Pay: 

Starting pay without Experience $15/HR

$20/HR after training
