A local Cleveland company is searching for a Customer Service Clerk who will have core responsibilities in answering multiple phone lines, data entry, basic Microsoft usage, and clear communication with both customers and managers. Our unique environment allows the Customer Service Clerk to be the first step in helping customers. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed service oriented team. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 40+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential.. Some seasonal overtime hours are offered. Our Customer Service Clerk is vital to our success.

What we look for:
