Location: Anna
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
Pay: $25 – 26.00 per hour

 

Overview:
As a Shift Supervisor at our Anna location, you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating the activities of Logistics associates. Your responsibilities will include overseeing data entry, customer interactions, inventory management, and ensuring efficient handling of incoming and outgoing products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate Logistics associates in various tasks such as data entry, customer contact, picking, packing, loading, unloading, inspection, storing, and shipment of products.
• Maintain inventory control and scheduling activities to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist in training and development of team members.
• Handle paperwork and maintain accurate records.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in warehousing and logistics.
• Strong data entry, computer, and clerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with experience in inventory control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.

Work Location: All duties must be performed onsite in person.
