Supervisor – Warehousing and Logistics

1st Shift

M-F (8-10 hour shifts)

$21 -$22 per hour

 

Summary:  Plans, directs, coordinates, and performs assembly processes in an industrial plant. Prior supervisory experience in warehousing and logistics

 

Essential Duties:

• Develops, evaluates, and improves methods.
• Analyzes workforce utilization, space, and workflow for efficiency.
• Collaborates on product design and tooling.
• Estimates production times, staffing, and costs.
• Coordinates with management on production schedules and capabilities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Trains, directs, and evaluates employees.
• Assigns work and handles performance issues.
• Addresses complaints and resolves problems.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn Microsoft Navision.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a moderate noise environment.

Schedule: 8-10 Hour Shift, Monday-Friday, Weekends and Overtime as needed
