Job Description: We are seeking a hardworking and experienced Skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support various construction projects, demonstrating expertise in a range of construction activities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy lifting, carrying materials, and preparing construction sites.
• Execute detailed carpentry tasks, including framing, building scaffolding, and constructing other temporary structures.
• Lay pipes for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains.
• Perform grading and leveling of materials using tools and machinery.
• Assist in the installation of fixtures under the direction of more experienced personnel.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools following appropriate safety procedures.
• Participate in demolition and clearing of sites as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety and health guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with other construction team members, including laborers, skilled tradesmen, and project managers to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction or a similar role; familiarity with construction tools and machinery.
• Strong physical condition and endurance to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in construction or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Commitment to safety protocols and a strong attention to detail.
