We are looking for a talented Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in Fayetteville. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and improvement of our community while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key points include:

• Qualified individuals should have at least 2 years of experience in handy man/maintenance role.
• Trash pick-up (walk property and pick up trash on daily basis)
• Light plumbing (e.g. repair/replace toilet, sinks etc.
• Repair appliances (fridge/stoves)
• Repair/replace garbage disposals.
• Clear out AC drain lines
• Quarterly inspection of apartments
• Must be willing to pull emergency calls
• Knowledge of drywall repair is a plus
