Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Completion of training requirements as outlined by ISO Services
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Minimum four (4) years of pipe welding or fitting experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of supervision experience
Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
- Hands-on management of construction jobsite resources, including personnel, subcontractors, materials, tools, and equipment
- Daily identification and mitigation of jobsite hazards
- Provide detailed daily reporting to project management
- Follow policies and practices outlined in the Employee Handbook and other facility manuals
- Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop strong working relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to uphold project standards
