Vehicle Inventory Services Administrator    

 The Vehicle Inventory Services Administrator plays a pivotal role in efficiently supporting the inventory department by performing a wide range of duties with a commitment to maintaining a timely, efficient, and accurate workflow. Reporting directly to the Vehicle Inventory Services Supervisor, this role is crucial in ensuring seamless inventory management and associated accounting processes. 

Responsibilities

  • Utilize company and departmental software programs, including manufacturer websites, CDK, etc., to effectively manage vehicle inventory and associated accounting tasks.
  • Administer assigned stores, which includes downloading vehicle invoices, meticulously inputting units into inventory, managing account entries and adjustments, conducting regular audits, and promptly responding to emails in a professional manner.
  • Proactively engage with your manager, providing regular updates, communicating errors, identifying unusual items, proposing solutions, and presenting opportunities for process improvement.
  • Undertake other duties and special projects as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management.
  • A sense of urgency to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Competency in data gathering, analysis, and reconciliation.
  • An associate or bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
