We are currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Machine Operators.

 

 

• Operate and monitor machines used in PCB manufacturing
• Set up and calibrate machines according to production requirements and engineering specifications.
• Inspect PCBs during production to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues during production.
• Record production data and machine performance metrics accurately.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in PCB manufacturing or electronics assembly is a plus.
• Basic understanding of electronics components and circuitry.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform precise work.
• Ability to read and follow technical documents and instructions.
• Problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
