This team member will drive new business in a variety of channels including personal social channels, social media, groups and outside events, and will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Duties/Highlights:

• Qualifying prospects and closing sales

• Source new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-up
• Driving new business through social media, events/trade shows and/or personal social channels
• Understand customer needs and requirements – consult customers on product/service options and solutions
• Upsell on current customers

• Ability to communicate with both customers and employees effectively and efficiently.

 

What we look for:

• High energy and proven inside sales experience

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Strong listening and presentation skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Knowledge of powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories is a plus, but can be trained with the right candidate

• Proficient computer skills to navigate POS systems and part inventories
