Customer Service Representative $20-$22/HR

Located in Appleton, WI

Salary: $20-$22/HR

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm

Pay: $20-$22/HR

Duties:

• Efficiently handle order entry processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Thoroughly proofread orders to maintain quality standards and identify any discrepancies.
• Prepare billing documents accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
• Provide timely and accurate quotes for jobs based on client specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks on documents to ensure adherence to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients through email and web platforms, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
