Ideal candidates will have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Buyer
• Strong knowledge of State law, HUD procurement methods, procedures, and regulations
• Prior experience in sourcing, vetting, and managing vendors
• Ability to evaluate and analyze pricing information and bid responses for awards
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and TX Driver''s License
