Part Time Janitorial Workers

Salary: $16.00/hour

A locally owned cleaning company in Holmen is seeking an efficient and experienced custodian. This individual will be responsible for the overall cleaning and appearance of large commercial production areas as well as professional office properties in accordance with company and client quality standards.  This is a tedious and fast-paced position!

 

Essential Job Functions:

1. Cleans office areas and public access areas as directed. This includes but is not limited to mopping large floors and stairwells, dusting, cleaning, and organizing break areas, sanitizing toilets and bathrooms, vacuuming, trash removal, and other general cleaning.
2. Keeps public access areas clean and maintains them according to quality standards.
3. Monitors and reports on the inventory of cleaning supplies.
4. Reports any maintenance concerns or repairs in areas to the Manager.
5. Maintains open communication with Manager.
6. always represents the company in a professional manner.

 

Work Hours:

Monday-Friday, 5pm-11pm, $16.00/hour or  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and some Saturdays 9am-2pm, $16.00/hour 

*Pay may increase based on previous experience.

Locations for jobs are Holmen, WI and La Crosse, WI and you must have reliable transportation to get to and from the job site.

 

Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, the ability to work at a fast pace, stable work history, be able to lift 40 lbs repetitively, and previous experience in custodial, janitorial, or building and grounds maintenance preferred. Organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail are required.
