Mon -Fri 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. $50,000 - $80,000 based on experience

 

Job Summary:

As a human resources generalist, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and supporting the HR strategy of the organization. You must perform a variety of tasks, such as recruiting and hiring new employees, developing and implementing training and development programs, handling employee relations issues, administering compensation and benefits plans, evaluating and improving employee performance, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. This includes posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, providing feedback, administering payroll and health insurance plans, setting goals, conducting appraisals, providing recognition and rewards, and following federal, state, and local laws.

 

Skills And Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in HR or Business Administration
• 2-5 years of experience in an HR leadership role
• You must have skills in communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making. 
• Ability to use Microsoft Office effectively and use payroll systems.
