Fabrication Shop Assembly

Located in White City, OR

Salary: $16.00+ to start

We are looking to hire multiple for a long time family owned manufacturing company in White City.  Fulltime 4-10 schedule on day shift!   

Summary/Objectives

Assemble manufactured products in an efficient and high quality atmosphere.

Job Duties:

• Attach quality control tags from welding, powder coat, and pain departments to the products. If needed see lead person of your department so the tag can be tracked down.
• Check tag against work order to make sure customer name and work order numbers match.
• Check dimensions against work order print to make sure you are assembling the right product
• Check product for scratches, dents, or flaws in the material or welds.
• Assemble product according to print.
• Check options on work order: (Key #, name tag, drain hole, right hand or left hand swing, etc.) If there is a problem with the product, see Department Lead or Production Manager for instructions.
• All custom products are to be checked by sales and or engineering when order is complete. Department Lead is to check for quality before leaving the assembly area.
• Take product and work order to shipping area when job is completed.
• Products are to be assembled in a thorough and timely manner.
• Start work on time and work your full shift 

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a shop setting.  Office 0% and Shop 100%, Temperature extremes, Vibration, works on or around moving machinery or mechanical parts.

Tools & Equipment

Steel-toed boots, Shearer, Press Break, Welding Equipment, Forklift, hand tools, electric hand tools, computer, and printer
