Project Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our client in Tyler, Tx. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for team coordination and management, overseeing joint-use make-ready engineering design projects, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

Responsibilities:

Team Coordination and Management:

• Lead a team, assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Act as a point of reference for technical queries and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance productivity and quality of work.

Project Management:

• Oversee all design projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and exceptional quality standards.
• Track project progress, address and resolve issues, and update stakeholders on project status.

Problem-Solving:

• Anticipate potential challenges and obstacles in the design process and develop strategic solutions to mitigate them.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all designs comply with client specifications, industry standards, and regulations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Preferred background in the construction or engineering industry.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Experience leading teams of 25+.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, engineering, construction management) is preferred, but not required.
