Salary: $15.00 hourly

Customer Service Rep – Call Center
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $15.00 hourly
Where: East side of Indianapolis

Duties

• Answers and Screens all calls and email per clinic guidelines; up to 100 calls per day
• Take messages following guidelines
• Maintains physicians scheduled to fill guidelines
• Completes clerical work associated with incoming referrals
• Process paperwork for new clients
• More duties added as time progress

 

Qualifications

• Customer service/call center experience
• High level of energy; professional and compassionate
• Ability to work as a team
• High school Diploma

• No weekend, no on-call, OT available only if a doctor needs it
