Job Title: Shipping Dock Associate and Forklift drivers

 Location: Lebanon, IN

Schedule: Rotating Shift (3 days/4 days) All shifts work every other Wednesday

6:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Sun, Mon, Tues.

6:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Thurs, Fri, Sat

6:00 PM - 5:30 AM Sun, Mon, Tues.

6:00 PM - 5:30 AM Thurs, Fri, Sat

 

 Job Type: Full-time, Temp to hire.

 Salary: $18/hour

 Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Shipping Dock Associate. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong work ethic. This position involves working on the shipping dock, handling heavy and sometimes awkward packages, and ensuring quality control standards are met. Forklift positions (cherry picker) also available. 

 Responsibilities:

• Package handling, staging, and palletizing in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Utilize RF scanners for minimal picking orders (training provided if necessary).
• Safely maneuver packages, some of which may be long or wide, while adhering to proper lifting techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily shipping goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50lbs individually or team lift 50lbs+.
• Comfortable handling heavy and sometimes awkward packages.
• Proficient in safe maneuvering of packages to prevent injury.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is preferred but not required.
• Cherry picker experience needed for forklift positions.
