xpress Employment now seeking a skilled Asset / Warehouse Manager for a construction supply company in the Columbia area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient management and oversight of our shop and vehicle work orders, tool and key storage, inventory, and organizational systems.

Pay 21.00-25.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor shop and vehicle work orders.
Oversee tool and key storage, inventory, and organizational systems for the shop.
Maintain building and equipment records.
Assist shop mechanic with ordering parts for equipment repair.
Create and review purchase orders for operations.
Manage shipping and receiving of equipment, parts, and materials.
Review weekly expense logs.
Secure shop grounds.
Oversee 1-2 Mechanics and a few shop assistants.
Not responsible for any scheduling.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in asset management or a similar role.
Excellent management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft and Google applications including Word, Docs, Sheets, Excel, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:

CDL.
Forklift Certification.
Experience in Shipping/Receiving.
OSHA 30.
OSHA 10.
