EXPRESS EMPLOYMENT NOW seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations at our store.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with inquiries.
Providing knowledgeable assistance to customers in locating lawn mower parts using computer systems, model numbers, and specialized software.
Gathering relevant data and accurately filling out service tickets and paperwork.
Actively participating in the sales process by recommending and selling parts to customers and operating the cash register.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with overtime during the summer season).
Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Dress Code:

Casual attire, including shorts and T-shirts. Open-toed shoes are not permitted for safety reasons.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive or related parts sales is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay rate is non-negotiable, with no room for adjustment.
Commission structure: Employees are eligible for a 1% commission on part sales, averaging between 40-100 biweekly.
