Express Employment is directly hiring for a PIPE CREW FOREMAN for a company located in Lexington! This role will be supervising employees on the installation of water, sewer, and storm drainage systems. This role will be working on the ground and assisting/ coaching the team! All projects will be local but with very little travel included. In this role you will work 45-50 hrs a week on a Mon - Thurs 7am-5:30pm; Friday 7:30am-3:00pm schedule!

Duties include:
-Directing a crew of 4-5 employees to build jobs according to plans
-Operating heavy equipment for the production
-Supervising and directing other members of the crew in their duties for the installation
-Keeping daily work reports and records of production and working hours for payroll.

Requirements will include:
-Experience in laying pipe
-Experience in operating heavy equipment (excavator, motor grader, dozer, etc)
-Comfortable with specification and regulations
-Ability to read the job plans and build the jobs
-Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
