Express Employment is directly hiring for a Grade Crew Foreman for a company located in Lexington! This role will be supervising employees on the complete or build jobs based on plans. All projects will be local but with very little travel included. In this role you will work 45-50 hrs. a week on a Mon - Thurs 7am-5:30pm; Friday 7:30am-3:00pm schedule!

Duties include:
-Directing a crew of 4-5 employees to build jobs according to plans
-Operating heavy equipment for the production
-Grading of land, building pads, removal of dirt/ earth work
-Keeping paperwork for payroll and tracking hours
-Keeping logs of job progress status reports

Requirements will include:
-Experience in laying pipe
-Experience in operating heavy equipment (excavator, motor grader, dozer, etc.)
-Ability to read the job plans and build the jobs
-Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
