This restaurant offers fine dining with beach or city views and is currently looking to hire a Prep Cook!

Pay: Up to $20/hr.
Location: Kapolei, HI
Schedule: Need to have open availability

Responsibilities:

• Following receipes and portion control guidelines
• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Assist with food preparation
• Ensure food quality
• Maintaining a clean work station

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and training/certification in food safety practices
• Must have a current TB or is willing to get current TB
• Ability work in a fast paced environment
