Shipping Lead - Paragould

Located in Paragould, AR

The Shipping Leads role is to assist customers through phone and e-mail. 

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments 
• Interact with driver and shipping company representatives 
• Use computer and computer software - Microsoft Excel, Word, Email 
• Band and package product 
• Operate forklift 
• Identify all parts, verify part numbers, and production numbers
• Verify and log in all inbound and outbound goods
• Document discrepancies, overages, and shortages 
• Be aware of customer preferences for loading procedures
• Assist in safety audits and 5S audits 

Requirements: 

• Able to operate a forklift
• Knowledge of computers and computer software - Microsoft Excel, Word, Email
• Able to maintain accurate records 
• Able to walk, stand, lift, bend, reach, crawl, climb, kneel, crouch, stoop

Work Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday w/ OT as needed 

Pay is based on experience
