Shipping Lead

Located in Paragould, AR

The Shipping Lead role is to assist customers through phone and e-mail. 

• Load and unload of incoming and out going shipments 
• Interact with driver and shipping company representatives 
• Identifying parts, part numbers, and production numbers 
• Verify and log all inbound and outbound goods 
• Documents discrepancies, overages, and shortages 
• Be aware of customer preferences to loading procedures 
• Use computer and computer systems - Microsoft Excel, Word, Email 
• Operator a fork lift 
• Band and package material 
• Assist in safety audits and 5S audits

Requirements: 

• Able to drive a forklift  
• Knowledge of computers and computer software - Microsoft Excel, Word, Email
• Able to maintain accurate records 
• Able to stand, walk, sit, knee, bend, crouch, crawl, walk 

Work Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday w/ OT as needed 

Pay is based on experience
