Driver/Warehouse Associate

Located in Devens, MA

Salary: $20-$24/hr

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Driver for a logistics company in Devens, MA. This position will be responsible for safely transporting items from the warehouse to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

 

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and drive 26'' box trucks to transport furniture items to designated locations.
• Loading and unloading trucks efficiently, ensuring the safety and integrity of the products.
• Operating a pallet jack for the movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Skidding and wrapping products securely for transportation or storage.
• Receiving products, verifying quantities and quality, and storing them in designated areas.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and responsible driving practices.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to assist in general warehouse duties when not engaged in driving responsibilities

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Proven experience as a warehouse driver or a similar role.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and route optimization tools.

The hours are Mon-Fri 4AM-12:30PM some days 5AM-1:30PM. The pay rate is $20-$24/hr. DOE
