Salary: $25-$30 per hour

Operations Assistant -Offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry, contributing to the provision of essential medical equipment and services. This position offers competitive compensation package, Flexible hours totaling 30 hours per week.  - Join a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our patients and clients.

 

Responsibilities:

- Verify insurance coverage for patients and process insurance claims efficiently.

- Manage employee chart follow-up, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.

- Handle third-party billing procedures with attention to detail and adherence to regulations.

- Perform Medicaid billing tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

- Conduct Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including reconciliations and collections.

- Post transactions in QuickBooks software accurately.

- Complete daily bank deposits with precision and integrity.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in insurance verification and medical billing, preferably in the durable medical equipment industry.

- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
