Being customer first means a business puts the customer at the center of organizational decision-making instead of purely focusing on products or services. This involves seeking ways to consistently deliver a positive customer experience by designing and delivering with the consumer in mind.

Skills desired:
Interfacing with customers: CSRs are the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing detailed information about insurance products
Problem-solving: Work to resolve issues to achieve customer satisfaction, which might include handling claims, explaining policy details, and updating customer information
Communication: A significant part of the job involves communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
Documentation: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback is crucial for maintaining service quality and compliance.
Continuous learning: Given the evolving nature of insurance products and regulations, CSRs are often required to stay informed and sometimes obtain or maintain licensure related to insurance

This is a full-time, on-site position between the hours of 8am-5pm. Pay is $20+/hour, DOE. Insurance office experience preferred but happy to train a passionate, motivated candidate.
