Express Employment San Antonio Southeast is looking for Industrial Insulator candidates in San Antonio TX.

Schedule:  Various Schedules

Duties:  include but not limited to:  · The Industrial Insulator will have the ability to apply past hands-on

manufacturing experience into product.

• Successfully apply clean, measure, mark, cut, and install discipline into all

standard and complex models. E.g., YX, CYK, YD, NEMA, seismic.

• Operate manual and semi-automatic power and air hand tools.
• Operate tool sharpening equipment.
• Maintain safe work practices.
• Conduct quality visual inspections.
• Keep inventory of tools, equipment, and material.
• Perform daily inspections on crane, forklift, and equipment to be used

daily.

• Read and review blueprints and specifications; ensure drawings and

specifications will function as designed in environment intended for use.

• Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects.
• Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology, compliance, and

repair/rework techniques on discrepancies.

• Participate in training program as trainee/trainer as required.
• Practice and promote 5S throughout facility.
• Participate in kaizen events.
• Other assigned work as required.
