Salary: $18.00 to $20.00

-Installation: Perform off-site installations (Lead for a 2-person team). Pull components to fulfill jobs and
prepare installation vehicles with tools, components, lumber, etc. As an off-site installer, the highest quality
standards and company representation & reputation must be maintained and exercised at all times. The
willingness to lead and take ownership, work efficiently and be a safe driver is required with a valid NC driver''s
license and good driving record.
-Outside Sales and Estimating: Representing and Promoting RhinoShelf products and services in a professional
manner, securing leads and providing customer estimates resulting from leads.
-Production Tasks: As needed, Perform various in-house production assistance as required for manufacturing;
and occasional component assembly and order filling tasks. On rare occasions, assist with shipping duties.
-For all positions, Following safety procedures and maintaining high quality output is a must! It’s imperative
that leadership characteristics and the ability to problem solve and contribute meaningful solutions and
suggestions for improvement are present as well as take proactive approach and initiative to develop a consistent
efficient workflow, maintain a clean, organized work area and present positive representation to customers and
co-workers. Must be capable of working alone to carry out tasks.
Note: The company conducts pre-employment drug screens as well as reference checking. Driving records are checked by
our Company Auto Insurance Carrier.
-Preferred skills:
Strong math competency; Read and understand tape measure.
Good carpentry skills ( a minimum of 1-3 years experience a plus); Proficient with the use of various power tools
such as saws, drills etc.
Have some elementary experience with electrical components and wiring
Familiarity with welding, use of cutting torches, and Powder Coating experience a plus
