Are you ready to join a dynamic team in the lawn care, landscaping, and concrete industry? We're seeking dedicated individuals for the role of General Laborer in St. Cloud, MN. If you're a hard worker with attention to detail and exceptional attendance, we want you on our team!

Position Details:

• Compensation: $21.00-$25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:30 am-5:00 pm, half-day on Fridays
• Location: St. Cloud, MN

Job Duties:

• Perform a variety of tasks including lawn care, landscaping, concrete patio and driveway installation, and bricklaying.
• Utilize tools and equipment efficiently, with the ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
• Maintain motivation and energy throughout the workday to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Possessing a Class A or B Driver's license is preferred.
• Work primarily outdoors and travel with the crew to job sites in company vehicles.
• Collaborate with a small crew and supportive owner to achieve project goals.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Minimum one year of consistent employment within the last two years.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
• Experience with basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
