Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Production Worker to join our client’s established team in Dartmouth. Our client is part of a large group of companies in Atlantic Canada and is a leader in the retaining wall and hardscape marketplace. This role would suit someone who is open to developing their skill set and eager to learn.

 

Responsibilities:

•        Remove blocks from forms with a overhead crane or forklift
•         Load and unload products from trucks
•         Put inventory away in the proper spots in the yard
•         Scrape, blowout, oil and close up forms
•         Assist with or pour concrete into molds
•         Clean all aspects of the work area
•         Follow all safe working procedures
•         Complete all other task as required

 

Requirements:

 

•        Experience working in a production environment or working with concrete
•        Forklift, overhead crane or loader experience would be an asset
•        The ability to work in a physically demanding environment, in a safe manner
•        The ability to meet production targets and deadlines
•        Friendly, organized, and hard-working
•        Basic computer skills

 

Our client Offers:

•        Full-time permanent role
•        Pay is $18 per hour
•        Monday to Friday schedule 7.30am-4.30pm
