Express Employment in Laguna Hills is recruiting for an Evaluation to Hire Shipping/Receiving candidate for a Manufacturing Company in Laguna Hills, CA.
This is a long term opportunity.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M
Pay: $18/hr. + DOE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Print travelers, this includes verification of PO price and dock date, checking certification boxes, job scheduling, and preparing traveler packages with drawings and white job cards.
• Enter Stock part numbers in JobBoss for inventory purposes.
• Scan closed jobs into SharePoint folder on the server.

Update templates of part numbers in JobBoss if necessary.
• Scan and email white cards to the sales/estimating department. Store job cards in SharePoint.
• Create labels as needed for the Post-Production department if needed.
• Use the computer to input stock items, deduct, or issue stock parts to production as needed.

 

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
• Previous experience working in a machine shop/manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge
