Member Party Event Assistants Needed!

 

We are looking for 3 individuals to assist with one of our client''s upcoming member party events on Tuesday, April 23rd from 1 pm-9 pm.

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

Event Set-Up:

• Moving tables, chairs, and other event equipment as needed

Bussing During the Event:

• Clearing used plates, glassware, and other items from tables
• Transporting items to the designated cleaning area

Glassware Polishing:

• Thoroughly cleaning and polishing all event glassware

Assisting Members to Their Cars:

• Helping members carry their wine and other items to their cars using a dolly

Event Clean-Up:

• Breakdown and storage of all event equipment and furniture
• General cleaning and tidying of the event space

This is an 8-hour shift from 1 pm to 9 pm on April 23rd.
