Direct Hire, 6 months in-store hands-on training. 

Once training is completed, the salary is increased.

Must have two years of high volume store management experience in retail or fast goods (GM) with managing 10 employees, payroll, performance evaluations, interviewing, and hiring.

 Objective:

To manage all store operations and all operational personnel. To maximize sales and control expenses. To fulfill his/her essential job functions and other duties and responsibilities following the company's principles of leadership and organization.

Essential Job Functions:

Decision-Making Responsibility

1. Communicate and delegate job responsibilities and performance expectations to store personnel to ensure desired results.

2. Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results. Consulting Responsibility

1. Assesses, establishes, and implements appropriate store staffing levels cooperatively with the district manager.

2. Recommend store personnel for advancement and termination as appropriate.

3. Monitor the competitive environment within the community and make recommendations to the district manager regarding adjustments necessary.

MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE WITHIN A 50-MILE RADIUS.
