Lead Civil Engineer, PE

Located in Hoquiam, WA

Salary: $90,000-$120,000/yr DOE

Express is now hiring for a Lead Civil Engineer, PE at a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Firm based out of Hoquiam, WA. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. They offer a hybrid work schedule, with flexible work times, to be full time. The salary for this position will start at $90,000-$120,000/yr. This company offers a benefits package to include 100% employer paid monthly premiums for the employee's Medical, Dental, and Vision. They also offer a 401(k) with company match up to 3%, paid holidays, and paid time off. 

 

Job Duties:

• Existing client relationship management
• New business development
• Permitting
• Land Use Engineering for new or redeveloped sites- site layout and develop civil site plans
• Structural Design for short span bridges, pole buildings, residential renovations, and homes
• Small water system design
• Large and small on-site sewage system design

 

Job Requirements:

• Professional Engineer (PE) License in the state of WA
• 12 years + progressive professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
