Responsibilities of Production Manager:

• Oversee daily production & ensure adherence to schedule
• Analyze processes, identify improvements & implement solutions
• Manage department budget & resources
• Ensure food safety compliance & train employees in procedures
• Develop & maintain operational standards & training materials
• Communicate needs with maintenance and operations management to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly, safely and within food safety requirements
• Develop and manage the department budget including labor, repair and maintenance, supplies, etc.

Requirements of Production Manager:

• Experience supervising production teams
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze processes & identify solutions
• Knowledge of food safety regulations & GMPs
• Prior experience in a production environment
• Monday thru Friday, day shift position
