Fire Prevention Vent Cleaner

Salary: $18.50/hour

Express Employment Professionals of La Crosse is currently seeking dedicated and reliable 3rd Shift Service Technicians to join our team. This role is with a local company who specializes in fire prevention and safety where they do vent and commercial kitchen hood cleanings. This position is full time, long term and is a direct hire opportunity meaning you start on their payroll day one!

 

Hours and Wages: 

Pay starts at $18.50/hour and the schedule is 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday nights. 

 

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

-Work with and operate cleaning equipment efficiently and in a safe manner

-Stock truck with needed materials for the upcoming jobs

-Maintain and organized and clean work environment

-Must communicate diligently with co-workers and supervisors and report on job details

-Need the ability to climb up and down ladders/roofs

-Need to be available for out of town travel as needed

-Follow all PPE requirements including eye protection, ear protection, and hand protection

-All other duties as assigned

 

Requirements for this job include but are not limited to:

-2 + years of verifiable industrial work history

-High school diploma or GED

-Must have a valid Driver's License

-Must be able to lift, bend, twist, reach, and push/pull up to 50lbs consistently throughout shift
