Lead Custodian $16-$18/HR

Located in Neenah, WI

Salary: $16-$18/HR

Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm

Pay: $16-$18/HR

Duties:

• Lead and supervise custodial teams to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
• Train new employees on company procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Perform daily cleaning duties including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, restroom maintenance, and detail cleaning of walls, blinds, and other surfaces.
• Plan workload and implement action plans at client accounts to meet service standards.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Prior custodial experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong physical condition with trunk strength, flexibility, manual dexterity, and static strength.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects averaging 50-75 pounds.
