Accounts Payable $23-$35/HR

Located in Appleton, WI

Salary: $23-$35/HR

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Pay: $23-$35/HR

Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Manage primarily accounts payable and cross-train in accounts receivable.
• Process invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Handle vendor management effectively.
• Manage expense reports and credit cards.
• Process journal entries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in preparing and processing invoices.
• Proficiency in managing expense reports and credit cards.
• Strong understanding of processing journal entries.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
