Responsibilities 

 

• Specialize in efficiently managing a high volume of outbound calls while overseeing a portfolio of 100-200 clients within the designated territory, with a primary focus on driving sales, facilitating order processing, and maximizing revenue generation.
• Facilitate the seamless processing of client orders and adeptly handle inquiries, complaints, and issues encountered during outbound calls, ensuring optimal transactional outcomes and revenue optimization.
• Utilize advanced call center technologies and software solutions to streamline outbound call processes, effectively manage client interactions, and maintain meticulous records to support revenue enhancement initiatives.

 

Qualifications 

• B2B Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in business-to-business sales for 2-4 years.
• Proven experience in outbound call center sales, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong account management skills with the ability to effectively manage a portfolio of 100-200 client accounts, prioritizing client needs and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in utilizing call center technologies, CRM software, and other tools to streamline processes and optimize sales and account management activities.
• High level of adaptability, accountability, and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
