Truss Builder

Located in Phoenix, OR

Salary: $17.00-18.00

We are actively looking for multiple fulltime Truss Builders for a company in Phoenix.  These are fulltime positions working for a large and well-respected private employer with multiple locations throughout the Northwest.  

• Responsible for fabricating component parts/ assembling the finished product according to customer specifications.
• Assembles precut wooden parts to build trusses and similar supports or wall sections used in building construction.
• Places metal reinforcement plates over connecting joints and connects parts at joints, using hammer, screwdriver, or pneumatic staple gun.
• Verifies dimensions of precut parts and accuracy of assembly, using ruler and gauges.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently throughout shift.

Some construction and carpentry skills preferred and extremely helpful but willing to train the right candidate.  Wage will start from $17.00-18.00 DOE.
