Front Desk Receptionist / Legal Assistant 

Long Term – Full Time

Monday - Sunday

Front Desk Job Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for attorneys and clients.
    • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and professionally.
    • Process legal documents and maintain accurate records.
    • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
