Salary: $22.00 - $25.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals, Irvine is seeking Customer Service Representatives for an industrial and consumer equipment manufacturer. Our client is an industry leader operating across the US and Asia. These are full-time, permanent, evaluation hire opportunities starting at $22.00 to $25.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities

• Customer order entry and processing
• Assist with customer pricing and inventory requests
• Track orders through quality control and logistics departments
• Process order claims, returns and credits
• Administrative tasks

Requirements

• At least one year of related experience (e.g. order processing)
• Previous experience with logistics highly desirable
• Upbeat and friendly personality
• Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills
• Verifiable history of dependability
