Responsibilities:

• Maintain buildings and grounds at optimal standards.
• Oversee and manage major construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with local building and fire codes.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors and subcontractors.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for emergencies.
• Collaborate with the Facilities Director on ongoing needs and budget control.
• Maintain and schedule vehicle maintenance per safety policy.
• Conduct repairs economically while maintaining high quality.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise custodial and maintenance staff.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of electricity, HVAC, plumbing, and construction/remodel work.
• Experience in facilities management or related field preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid Driver's License
