Express Employment is looking for Shipping Receiving Lead in South McAllen area:

Job Duties:

• Assist in the development of process improvements and determine how to incorporate planned changes to achieve the maximum efficiencies tat
• Collect and analyze production data to improve processes, analyze trends in equipment issues, suggest and implement corrective actions to solve manufacturing issues.
• Review and document KPI monitoring systems to determine ways to improve company operations.
• Generate project schedules and deliver monthly status reports.
• Create and maintain manufacturing procedures, work and training instructions, and documentation (BOMs, etc.)
• Find ways to reduce manufacturing costs while maximizing profitability.
• Support the efforts of Environmental Health/Training for the factory.
• Participate in tracking of Safety KPI’s and perform company mandated safety training. Lead safety initiatives throughout the facility.
