Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is seeking an Administrative Assistant for an Aerospace manufacturing company in Centennial, CO! The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing background. 

Job Highlights:

• Answering phones (about 25, daily)
• Order parts for the Production team utilizing an approved vendor list 
• Heavy email communication, message taking, writing memos, etc. 
• Sending quotes to customers
• Data entry into Excel spreadsheets

What we look for:

• 3+ years' experience in an Administrative setting
• Must come from a production/manufacturing background 
• Reliable, high attention to detail and self-motivated
